Referendum...... WHAT ??? HOW ???? WHY???? WHY NOT??

Referendum- going by dictionary is "The submission of a proposed public measure or actual statute to a direct popular vote". 
In simple terms, it refers to a "Evaluating the weight in a subject through people's voting".Concept of submitting  Referendum is on chart from long ago, but it has gained light in last 2-3 years in world news.
For case, In india, its in demand as the country facing crisis in policy making and opposition blaming every policy of government as unpopular only and due to political interest even keeping on stake the genuine gains from some policies in public interest. This is where the dire need of referendum is felt, whereby Government shall itself submit a referendum on the proposal of some policy, matter or in some case thought process also. It may lead to clarity on subject in terms of its popularity.

But Referendum being the democratic instrument must be used very wisely and with tight hand else it may be misused as it's prone to such situation where the process becomes wasteful, expensive and misguiding.

Some of the advantages of referendum submission are:-

>> Reduces possibility of policy failure after the policy is enacted.
>> Grassroot people gets empowered.
>> The whole democratic process becomes interactive, 
>> Government gains confidence of people of country if good policy comes out of voting.

Despite so many gains in process, There are also some disadvantages:
Some of the disadvantages of "Referendum submission and put to vote" are:-

>>Political parties with mala-fide intention may use it to for" draining  Government's wealth by putting more and                   
    subject to vote increasing frequent no. of election taking place, which further allows a chance to Black money   
    to enter economy.
>>The Whole process of voting may be declared wasteful and burden on economy if it doesn't attract 50% of 
    voters, or not getting 50% of valid votes polled.
>> It  doesn't guarantee a real census as it may be influenced by money power from mafia, industrial houses, if it 
     want to bring census in its favor as "in country like India where Getting a meal in night is important then 
     deciding the policy, 'PAISA plays an important role'".
>> Frequent voting may lead ELECTION/VOTING PROCESS loose its CREDIT and Thus situation may arise 
     when main election for parliament faces crisis of voting.
>> Referendum census may be a result of local interpretation by political parties and thus political,social 
     technical issues may be ignored.

So, Referendum can be introduced along with some strategic  measures.

Is Liberty really means to express ?

Liberty in itself has been a controversial "word".Liberty is different for two different "individual" two different "government" & for two different "religion", because perhaps Liberty gives every one a space to benefit himself.
The Liberty of Kamal hassan -a movie maker and actor is assumed to be on stake as his dream movie "VISHWAROOPAM" faces ban in a state of india. The reason being told are that "it has content hurting sentiments of a particular community ". But the when observed in deep, the sentiments of a bunch of extremist are only hurt, because a lot of fans of the star belong to that community. How can one religion gets hurt if it faces thought clashes with an individual or a group?
it's not about the liberty of an individual being snatched away but it's more an issue that "Is the religion so weak in its Ideology that it faces threat from a mere movie which don't have viewers comprising 10% of world population ?"
The ideals of any religion are the most liberal thoughts one can find in world because it's the reason why so many people are connected to that religion?
No body follows a narrow minded thought but it's the liberal and globalized modern thoughts that are followed upon by people.The religion should be viewed as collection of good thought being propagated and every one must have have liberty to follow it till their heart say "yes" and it must not become something that becomes hindrance to daily life of person.
It must be soothing rather than chocking.

GIRL a word in English and a world in itself, a beautiful world

The body is a gift of nature  that can give birth to a “being”?

We call them  mother, sister & lover but do we really mean what we say??????

These words  automatically gains respect. Why? Maybe because they belong to us more then anybody.

But giving respect merely by words don’t  add have any value.

They are the one who gave birth to us as ‘mother’, attach stars to our memories of childhood as ‘sister’, become companion as ‘lovers’, stay with us till our last breadth end as ‘daughters’. And today the situations of these have just become meaningless or restricted till we are at home. As we move out the whole specie of man and women gets connected with lust, sex, male dominance ,and treating women as objects to play.

The society from time immortal have proofs that men and women are the two inseparable parts of a structure, in absence of anyone, the structure of society will be handicapped.

Then why this important part of society is feeling so unsafe in society as if they don’t belong here and are just object to complete the sexual needs or household needs only.

Why this society of 21^st century is so narrow minded and coward where men need to rape a women to show to himself ”his masculinity”?????????

Why domestic violence has defined itself “as an act where male will be convict and women will be accused only”?????????

Why news of Rape search the word “poor girl” from our mind dictionary???????

Time has come where our narrow minded society need reforms, and these reforms shall be  political, economical, democratic, and most important of all “mental reforms”.

Political, Economical & Democratic reforms are just a matter of time.

What’s the dire need is the Mental reforms-that is change in mentality.

These Mental reforms can be achieved only when “Women” came forward to bring this “change”, because women is the first teacher as mother, first friend as sister and first guide as LOVER.

The feeling of respect, dignity for women has to be instill in the mind of child for example A child clearly knows that the fire is hot and dangerous so he keeps himself away from it for whole life knowing it’ll be wrong similarly a  respect opposite sex must be instilled in him. This may take time but will have drastic changes in society.

Is extremism a form of terrorism?

Society full of religion is in form of square, with inbuilt square,and each square representing each religion and border occupied by atheists.

Each square has a fine line separating it from others. The line is occupied by few ones and majority of people of a particular religion lies inside the square.
"EXTREMISTS" are those who are sitting on the line, more like a guard securing the house, and religion in this case. 
"Terrorists " on other hand is just a relative word used by extremist for the extremists of other religion.
Whenever two square overlaps,the EXTREMIST of two religion overlapping becomes terrorist for others.
The irony of situation is that they are just protecting themselves and their existence, but are not ready to understand the same feeling of other Extremist.

To explain this reaction, i'll quote Columb's law of physics that say "Like charges repels". The leaders of Every religion knows very clearly that, All religion have 80% same thought, what differs is their interpretation and language. 
Extremism is more dangerous then terrorism because terrorist are clear in thier motives but extremist do heinous but never out  to take responsibility for the same.

Society is in a dire need of understanding this fine line and get away with this extremist line soon ,otherwise its effects are not good for humanity as 90% of unnatural deaths today is on name of religion.
